 At Full Spectrum Learn & Play, we are more than a learning center; we are a community dedicated to fostering inclusivity, providing opportunities, and making a positive impact on the lives of every child and family we touch.  

 

Originally founded in 2017, Full Spectrum began as a provider of professional development and supervision opportunities for those dedicated to the field of special education. Our training platform and adult learning curriculum have played a pivotal role in shaping numerous professionals who now skillfully contribute to the well-being of others.

Driven by a desire to address the unique challenges faced by learners with behavioral needs, our founder, Dr. Rebecca Pawlowski, transitioned from a role as a speech therapist to immerse herself in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA, a systematic approach to understanding and modifying behavior, became the cornerstone of our mission.

In 2020, Dr. Rebecca expanded her efforts beyond professional training to support parents and families. This led to the establishment of Full Spectrum's in-home therapy program for children with autism, providing crucial support and empowerment for families. While in-home therapy is proving to be incredibly rewarding, Dr. Rebecca recognized the importance of social interaction for children and in 2023, Full Spectrum Learn & Play was born. Our vision is to create an inclusive haven where children of all abilities could come together to learn and grow side by side. It's not just a center; it's a safe space for families to connect, learn, and embark on a journey of holistic development.
