Dr. Rebecca Pawlowski spent the better part of her professional journey in the field of behavior health, dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families.

Originally from Boston, she has called Arizona her home for over half of her life. She is a proud alumni of Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech & Hearing Sciences, a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Doctorate degree in Behavior Health. Her educational journey has been a continuous exploration, laying the foundation for a career centered on understanding and enhancing human behavior.

Her professional career began as a speech therapist in a multidisciplinary clinic, where she worked with children facing various special needs, from cerebral palsy to autism, Down syndrome, and more. Witnessing children being discharged due to behavioral challenges ignited her commitment to finding more effective solutions.
​
This led her to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a field that resonated deeply with her belief in the power of communication to shape behavior. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona, extending her expertise to homes and schools. Along the way, she's had the privilege of training numerous individuals to obtain their certifications and as well as providing continued education to countless individuals already in the field.
Her doctoral internship immersed her in the behavioral health field, culminating in a project that explored the vital link between reducing parent stress, intervention compliance, and improved outcomes for children with autism. This research reflects her commitment to holistic, family-centered approaches in behavioral health.
Beyond her profession, Dr. Rebecca shows her dedication for growth and empowerment by coaching athletics at a local high school. In her personal life, she enjoys exploring the beauty of Arizona's outdoors.
